The following charges apply to odd jobs and do not include painting and decorating work. A separate, fixed price quote will be provided. Any additional work undertaken at the time will be charged at a mutually agreed rate. All quotes valid for three months.

• £75.00 per hour. (Minimum Charge)
• £130.00 per half day. (4 hours)
• £220.00 full day. (7 hours)
• Materials and parking extra where applicable.
• Rates apply to jobs in Crouch End and immediate surrounding areas. Additional charges may apply outside of this zone. I only work within the North London area only.
• The new ULEZ charge is including in my rates. The Congestion Zone in Central London isn’t and will be charged extra on the invoice.
• Paint and decorating work will be quoted separately with the labour charge being fixed regardless of time taken to complete the job. Changes to a job once started like adding a painted ‘feature’ wall may incur extra charges.
• An offer of available dates does not constitute a booking until I send an email of confirmation.

Odd Jobs

The labour charge is based on a time duration in blocks of 1 hour, 4 hours or 7 hours. I will endeavour to complete as many items as possible in the duration booked but not guaranteed. Any single use tools like paint brushes will be added to the invoice when booked under Odd Jobs. Furniture and flooring coverings/protector costs may be added to the invoice when large areas need to be protected. Purchasing materials for you under Odd Jobs is done within the time booked. You may wish to purchase any materials in advance so to maximise my time on the job. Removal of waste not available.

Painting and Decorating info

Prior to my arrival, each room/area to be painted needs to be clear of personal effects, pictures etc. Large furniture may remain in the room but moved towards the center. Clearing a room ready for decorating is not included in the quote. Washing and toilet facilities required. Furniture and flooring coverings/protectors may be added to the invoice when large areas need to be protected. Paint brushes included.

Payment Terms

A deposit is not normally required.

Certain expensive materials may be required to be paid on the day of purchase before work is complete. These items will be shown on invoice as paid.

Full payment required on day of completion of work. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Painting jobs are invoiced per room/area and required to be paid in full once the area is completed.

Cancellations Charge

Bookings cancelled within 48hrs charged at one full days rate plus any materials purchased.

Monday to Friday 0830 -1630 Additional charges for work outside of these hours/days, subject to availability.
